Afin de développer ses activités, _ArgaTeam_, récente filiale d’ArgaFin, est activement à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) _Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist_. ArgaTeam est spécialisée dans le recrutement de talents en finance, comptabilité, administration et ressources humaines.
**Responsabilités**:
En tant que _Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist _(H/F), vous représentez un élément clé du succès et du développement de cette nouvelle Business Unit.
Vos tâches principales seront les suivantes:
- Vous participer activement au développement d’ArgaTeam
- Vous supervisez l’équipe en charge du recrutement
- Vous établissez les conventions avec les clients et êtes leur point de contact durant tout le processus de recrutement
- Vous participez à des événements de recrutement/de networking ciblés
- Vous contribuez à différents projets RH et au renforcement de la culture d’entreprise
**Compétences requises**:
- Vous disposez d’un bachelier ou d’un master en Ressources humaines/Psychologie du travail ou en Gestion d’entreprise
- Vous avez minimum 2 ans d’expériences dans le recrutement, idéalement dans la sélection de profils financiers
- Vous êtes orienté(e) clients et résultats
- Vous avez une personnalité dynamique et persévérante
- Vous vous débrouillez en anglais. La maîtrise du néerlandais est un plus.
