**What you’ll do**
- Translate operational roadmaps into detailed project plans with clear scope, schedule, and costs.
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
- Proactively manage risks and resolve issues, providing clear performance insights.
- Maintain project oversight, serving as the single source of truth for project status.
- Foster positive team dynamics and knowledge sharing through expert facilitation and communication.
- Implement best practices in project management, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree: Project Management certification required (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile).
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, in Pharmaceutical R&D, biotech, Medical, commercial.
- Proven experience of working with global, multi-cultural, diverse teams, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables.
- Strong skills in critical thinking, planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Expertise in risk, issue, and performance management within a biopharma setting.
- Excellent communication, change, and conflict management abilities.
- Experience in driving change and adoption of new ways of working.
