**Het avontuur**

A.S. Adventure is dé omnichannel, multibrand & outdoor retailer binnen België, alsook in de rest van Europa. Retail Concepts omvat verschillende store formats: A.S. Adventure en JUTTU. In België, Luxemburg en Frankrijk hebben wij 48 A.S. Adventure en 10 JUTTU winkels. Online kan je overal binnen de EU bij ons shoppen, buiten de EU valt er nog heel wat te ontdekken. Dit is een belevenis waar jij deel van kan uitmaken.

Als Customer Care Agent zorg jij er mee voor dat er jaarlijks duizenden tevreden klanten bij ons shoppen:

- Samen met jouw enthousiaste webcare collega’s ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze online en offline klanten.
- Je bent de stem aan de telefoon en de persoon achter de mail en de chat.
- Je lost problemen op, zodat onze klanten onbezorgd en naar hartelust kunnen shoppen.
- Ook het verwerken van retouren, wijzigingen en annulaties behoren tot jouw taken.
- Met jouw kennis en servicegerichtheid help jij niet alleen onze klanten op weg, maar ook je directe collega’s hebben vragen voor jou.
- Om het pakketje tijdig bij de klant te krijgen sta je ook nauw in contact met de winkels, het magazijn en de transporteurs.
- Ook proactief help jij onze klanten al voordat ze zelf om hulp vragen.
- Je geeft advies en informeert want jij weet wat de klant wil

- De klant staat voor jou op nummer 1. Geen twijfel aan
- Probleem? Nee hoor, jij ziet alleen maar oplossingen.
- Jouw glimlach en taalgevoeligheid hoort en leest de klant in al jouw communicatie, zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als in het Engels.
- Multitasken? Your cup of tea.
- Je bent een flexibele teamplayer.
- Je kent de kneepjes van Microsoft Office en je vindt snel de weg in verschillende programma’s.
- Flexibile werkshiften (ook in het weekend) vormen geen probleem voor jou.
