We zijn actief op zoek naar een profiel van **Financieel Controller** die vloeiend Nederlands en Frans spreekt om het team in Louvain-la-Neuve te versterken.
Onze klant is een bedrijf dat deel uitmaakt van een internationale groep en actief is in informatietechnologie en uitgeverijen.
**Jouw rol**:
Je bent voornamelijk werkzaam vanuit Louvain-La-Neuve (en vanuit thuis ook mogelijk ) en bent verantwoordelijk voor de controle van de wettelijke entiteiten, IT & HR-activiteiten en human resources management.
Als financieel controller rapporteer je aan de CFO van het bedrijf en werk je nauw samen met de andere controller, het boekhoudteam en de financiële afdeling.
**Dit omvat**:
- Assistentie bij maandafsluitingsactiviteiten;
- Analyse van varianties (P&L en balans);
- Assistentie bij de voorbereiding van enkele boekingen;
- Commentaar in managementrapporten;
- Voorbereiding van managementrapporten (inclusief P&L en balans);
- Maandelijks rapport in de software;
- Cashflow beheer voor de hele activiteit;
- Voorbereiding van afsluitingsdossiers;
- Analyse van omzet en rentabiliteit op product
- en klantsegmentniveau;
- Budgettering en forecast (verkoop, kosten van verkopen en algemene kosten) en bijbehorende monitoring;
- Onderhoud, ondersteuning en assistentie bij het ontwerpen van verschillende rapportage
- en prognosetools voor de groep;
- Ondersteunende rol bij de implementatie van een nieuw ERP en gemeenschappelijke methodologieën/procedures in België;
- Voorbereiding en communicatie van statistische gegevens aan verschillende externe instellingen;
- Ad-hoc analyses en ondersteuning van de CFO.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in bedrijfskunde (economie, financiën)
- Je hebt een eerste ervaring in financiële controle
- Je analytische vaardigheden zijn hoog
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van MS
- U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- Een ervaring in een ERP-omgeving is een pluspunt
- U bent kwaliteitsbewust, punctueel en nauwkeurig
- U bent communicatief, flexibel en hebt een teamgeest
