**Mission**

As part of our worldwide SAP/4 HANA implementation we want to re-enforce our Finance organization with a person who can take on the Key User role for the Finance processes; he/she will be reporting to the Financial Controller and will be taking care of the Finance related topics throughout the implementation project: from business requirement gathering (business blueprint), over testing, (master) data cleansing, end-user training and process documentation up to data migration, go-live support and hypercare after go-live.

**Challenges we will trust you with**

As FICO Key User you are the 1st level of Application Support for end-users; you’re also in charge of keeping master data cleansing, business requirement gathering, testing, end-user training and user documentation; he/she is the Single Point of Contact between business end-users for any ticket or change addressed to the 2nd level of Application Support. You will participate in SAP projects & rollouts as key user for all entities (blueprint & scope, testing, training & hypercare). You will be the guardian of the system, ensuring the system set up is compliant (local GAAP & IFRS) and works as designed, and of the master data: creating and maintaining master data, ensuring it's up-to-date and correct.

More specifically this means the following:

- Centralizing and analyzing the end-users’ requests (changes, issues, trainings, projects,) for the business domain. _Incidents and change requests are recorded in the tracking system._
- Providing support to the end-users and key users of other modules, worldwide. _Issues are resolved according to business priorities._
- Translating business needs into business requirements._ Business requirements are documented and validated_
- Monitoring change requests in collaboration with the business process owners, the other key users and the business. _Solutions are escalated whenever necessary._
- Performing and validating functional testing (prepare test scenarios and document the testing); Ensuring the system is comprehensively tested when changes occur (upgrades, interfaces, changes in other modules, change requests,...). _Validation tests are reported on time._
- Maintaining and updating documentation. _Documentation (such as user manuals) are updated and aligned with the enhancements; new process are documented._
- Preparing training material and providing training to end-users. _Users are properly trained: current employees and newcomers._
- Managing communication with end-users (single contact for user), Competence Centers and Business process Owner. _Excellent communication and relationships._
