**About uman**:
At uman, our mission is to revolutionize knowledge management for consultancy companies by providing an AI-powered solution that centralizes all internal documents and tools, making it easy to find and reuse information.
**About the Function**:
Uman is recruiting an eager Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding revenue team. As BDR, you'll be spearheading the initial contact to targeted accounts in the consulting sector.
You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our uman. You will be the driving force behind our revenue growth, and you will work closely with our marketing, sales and customer success teams.
In this role you will prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas and roles within our target audience, to inspire them and introduce uman’s unique Saas platform. You will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline for the sales organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Effectively execute outbound prospecting initiatives
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations in target accounts across Europe
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot CRM
- Participate in documenting all processes and provide input and updates to improve our processes
**What you bring to the table**:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French, or any other EU language is an asset)
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
- A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements
- Knowledge of the consulting industry is an asset
- Passionate about being a part of a growing startup organization
- Ambition to evolve into a leadership role
