Become part of our collaborative and fast-paced team working for a company that builds ground-breaking technology We are looking for a MS Delivery Coordinator IP who will be coordinating the resources, processes and offers to secure the planning, quality, costs and zero impact of the build and integration services delivered from our IP delivery unit. Working together in a large team of Telecom / IT professionals you are engaged in the end-to-end process starting from solution design, development, testing towards integration and acceptance.
**You will bring**
- Operationally report to and be delegate of Technical Manager
- Coordinate contract fulfillment for activities in domain portfolio (local & remote).
- Take care for day-to-day coordination of resources
- Delegate/plan work to/for remote team
- Deliver support in making offers for projects & activities; translating plans into projects, considering technical feasibility (including taking responsibility in estimating required numbers of man-hours).
- Be delegated responsible for management of network changes in domain portfolio.
- Take care, support, and ensure proper change management process execution (including approval for Method of Procedure) for projects in domain portfolio and initiate dialogues with relevant parties for best practices.
- Be in control with (part of) domain portfolio (time, costs, quality etc.) and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders.
- Be back-up/deputy of the Technical Manager during absence
- Organize/participate in technical meetings
- Drive process improvements & alignment; comply with relevant customer business processes.
- Meet with customers to discuss new projects, project progress, network changes (ACR meetings)
- Work in a team environment with excellent collaboration and support
**To be successful in the role you must be/have**
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences.
- At least 8 years relevant working experience (at least 4 years in branch).
- Hands-on experience on project delivery and implementation
- Broad Telecoms, IT and Technology experience.
- High Level Overview of 2G/4G/5G system.
- Knowledge of IP protocols
- Independent, but also team player.
- Problem solver and coach for other problem solvers.
- Responsible, service minded, flexible, taking initiatives.
- ** Good communication skills in Dutch and English**:
- Organized and disciplined.
