**Activations Officer**

De Activations Officer controleert en beheert **cross-functionele activation**s (Market & Hyper) in overeenstemming met de marketingstrategie en zorgt ervoor dat deze activaties overeenstemmen met de upstream gedefinieerde** KPI's**. Het uiteindelijke doel is de **ontwikkeling van de omzet cijfer **van de verschillende BU's.
Lokale marketing en de bijbehorende activeringen zijn erop gericht zo goed mogelijk aan de verwachtingen van de klant in het verzorgingsgebied van de winkel in kwestie te voldoen volgens de specifieke kenmerken van elke regio in het hele land.

**STRATEGIE**
- Uitvoering van de activeringsstrategie in overeenstemming met de Carrefour-strategie.
- Werkt mee aan de digitale overgang van het bedrijf binnen zijn dagelijkse activiteiten

**OPERATIONEEL**
- Uitvoeren en coördineren van de planning van transversale acties, animaties en hyperlokale marketing op basis van het nationale activeringsplan met de steun van een stagiair.
- Ervoor zorgen dat het budget wordt gerespecteerd en dat de ROI van de uitgevoerde campagnes wordt gegarandeerd.
- Zorgt voor het volledige beheer van transversale activeringen:

- analyseert de mogelijkheden op lokaal niveau in het hele land
- lancering van activations
- Ontwikkelt promoties in samenwerking met de Store Manager
- analyse van de door de campagne gegenereerde omzet
- voorstellen van innovatieve activaties om zich van de concurrentie te onderscheiden en meer omzet te genereren door de markttrends en de activaties van de concurrenten te volgen

**SAMENWERKING**
- Werkt nauw samen met de verschillende actoren:

- Verkoopplan en koopwaar
- Winkels
- Agentschappen
- Marketing afdeling
- Wettelijk
- Ontwikkelt deskundigheid, professionaliteit en klantgerichtheid
- Assisteert bij de optimalisatie van interne operaties
- Ondersteunt de interne communicatie
- Is een actieve ambassadeur van Carrefour en moedigt zijn/haar team aan dat ook te zijn.
- Is in staat KPI's te bepalen en eerdere activaties te analyseren en aan te passen voor de toekomst

**Studies & ervaring**:

- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma bij voorkeur in marketing, evenementen of communicatie
- Eerste ervaring van 3 tot 5 jaar in een gelijkaardige functie
- Tweetalig NL/FR
- Sterke creatieve intelligentie en projectmanagementvaardigheden
