En tant que **Reinsurance Professional**, vous combinez plusieurs fonctions : développer une connaissance globale des produits, des principes généraux et des techniques actuarielles de l’assurance, tout en rencontrant un fort niveau de technicité. Mais avant tout, vous bénéficiez vous aussi d'un coaching intensif. En effet, nous appliquons naturellement notre slogan "**nous sommes là pour vous**" à notre propre équipe.
Que faites-vous concrètement ?
- Votre première responsabilité est de calculer des provisions relatives à la réassurance dans les référentiels BGAAP, SII et IFRS. Toujours dans ces référentiels, vous décrivez, développez, adaptez, maintenez et documentez les modèles de projection des cash-flows de réassurance.
- En parallèle, vous réalisez des études actuarielles spécialisées ayant un impact majeur sur les stratégies commerciales, de rentabilité ou relatives au risk management.
- Vous participez au processus de modélisation impliqué par l'optimalisation du programme de réassurance, compte tenu des objectifs assignés.
- La réalisation de divers reportings en matière de réassurance à partager avec la comptabilité, le contrôle de gestion, la direction,fait aussi partie de la fonction.
- Pour gagner en expertise, vous suivez les développements scientifiques et règlementaires en matière d’actuariat, et plus spécifiquement ce qui concerne la réassurance.

- Vous avez un master à forte orientation quantitative (en actuariat, mathématique, physique, statistiques, ingénieur civil, ingénieur de gestion, informatique, etc.) et des connaissances en réassurance
- Solvency II et/ou IFRS 17 ne vous sont pas inconnus
- « Communication aisée », « esprit critique », « organisé » : c’est vous.
- Vous recherchez un travail en toute autonomie au sein d’une équipe.
- Vous jonglez avec Excel, SAS, R, Python et SAP/BO ?
- La connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais est un plus
