**Fonction**:
**En tant que Sales Support Coordinator, vous jouez un rôle crucial dans le cycle commercial pour les marchés privé et public. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues commerciaux pour élaborer des offres et d'autres documents commerciaux.**

**Vos responsabilités incluent**:

- Après une analyse approfondie du cahier des charges ou de l'appel d'offres, vous rassemblez et complétez tous les documents requis.
- À réception de ces informations, vous en vérifiez la qualité pour vous assurer qu'elles répondent aux exigences du cahier des charges.
- Vous veillez à l'attrait visuel et à la qualité du contenu des documents.
- Vous respectez toujours les délais et vous vous assurez que tout est finalisé en temps voulu.

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de bachelier (en Communication, Marketing, Commerce, etc.). Une expérience dans les marchés publics est un atout.
- Vous êtes bilingue en néerlandais/français (à l'oral et à l'écrit) et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais. Vous avez une excellente maîtrise rédactionnelle.
- Vous êtes bien organisé(e) et avez le souci du détail.
- Vous êtes respectueux(se) des délais stricts et savez gérer le stress.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et êtes capable de proposer des solutions.
- Vous maîtrisez Microsoft Office, en particulier PowerPoint.
