- Interface between Key Account Manager and Key accounts
- Administration of prices, SDS (Selective Distribution) contracts and ATT (Annual Trade Terms)
- Assistance in the planning, preparation and execution of customer events, trainings, fairs
- Interface to the local Sennheiser Customer Service Teams
- Master data maintenance (CRM) for the internal and external customer
- Support for quotes and tenders
- Optimization of sales processes with key customers
- Support to Key account manager and Field Sales Representative for promotional activities
- Support to International Key account Global Travel EU and Key Account Hearing Care EU
- First touch point for sales support tools like Sales Portal

**Requirements**:

- Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree in business is preferred
- Three (3) years’ experience in sales administration or marketing is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate a strong positive work ethic that embodies the company’s culture and corporate values
- Strong communication skills, and sales oriented.
- Multitask, meet deadlines and to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong, accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with excellent follow-through
- Good problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and speaking in French, Dutch and English
