Une opportunité se présente pour rejoindre l'équipe Operations en tant que **Driving Training Expert **
Au sein de la Division Operations, la structure se décompose en trois piliers dont fait partie le département Performance & Compliance. Elle se compose d’un service formation. Il assure l’interface entre les différents départements de la traction, les partenaires et les fournisseurs pour le domaine Conduite, et contribue à la réalisation des divers processus liés à la production et la conduite des trains.
En tant que Driving Training Expert, vous représentez de département Performance & Compliance auprès des centres de formation professionnel SNCF et SNCB. Vous assurez les missions d’expert en formation des Trains Drivers et conducteurs occasionnels.

**Requirements**:
**Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour**
Assurer l’organisation et la réalisation du processus formation afin de contribuer au maintien de compétences et de connaissances des TD et conducteurs occasionnels:
- Piloter le planning et le suivi du bon déroulement des formations au sein du département et chez des entreprises sous-traitantes
- Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges, élabore des déroulés pédagogiques et détermine les moyens de formation
- Être le garant de l’amélioration du processus de conception de formation, de la standardisation des méthodes
- Animer un réseau d’ingénieurs pédagogiques répartis dans la ligne métier
- Rendre compte au responsable de l’entité training de l’état d’avancement du plan de formation annuel
- Assurer le suivi et organise les revues de contrat avec les partenaires formations.
- Être responsable pour les audits et contrôles des Partenaires.
- Contribuer à la certification et la formation des conducteurs et manager du département driving ainsi qu’à la production des trains
- Participer à la formation, l’habilitation et le maintien des compétences des TD en appui des Managers TD
- Piloter un contrat avec un sous-traitant
- Assurer l’astreinte traction en Belgique

- Un diplôme de Master ou une expérience équivalente ;
- Une capacité d’organisation poussée
- L’esprit d’analyse
- Vous accordez de l'importance à la coopération tout étant capable de travailler de façon autonome;
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils MS Office ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais - le néerlandais serait un plus
