Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Competency & Training Expert.

Als Competency & Training Expert ben je de drijvende kracht achter de ontwikkeling en implementatie van trainings
- en onboardingprogramma's binnen de afdeling Asset Management. Je werkt nauw samen met de Process & Standardisation Manager om ervoor te zorgen dat ons team uitgerust is met de vaardigheden en kennis die nodig zijn om te excelleren.

**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:

- Als spilfiguur in onze dynamische omgeving stuur je veranderingen aan en zorg je dat iedereen aan boord is. Van het ontwikkelen van innovatieve opleidingsmethodes tot het begeleiden van ons team door transformaties, jij bent de go-to persoon.
- Je ontwerpt de jaarlijkse trainingskalender, staat in voor de uitvoering van een deel van deze trainingen en beheert het budget. Jouw missie? Een leercultuur creëren waar iedereen van droomt.
- Als hoeder van het competentiebeheer en de onboarding zorg je ervoor dat elke nieuwe collega een aangepast opleidingsprogramma krijgt en snel up-to-speed is. Jij bepaalt de norm voor hoe we groeien en leren binnen Asset Management. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met Learning & Development en de people managers van de verschillende teams.
- Van het opstellen van een communicatiekalender tot het fungeren als spreekbuis voor het AM leadership team, jouw communicatieve vaardigheden zorgen voor heldere, motiverende berichten overal in de organisatie.
- Je houdt een oogje in het zeil op de naleving van verplichte trainingen en zorgt voor accurate en tijdige rapportages. Jouw precisie garandeert onze reputatie als een compliance-gerichte organisatie.

**Wat jou onderscheidt**:

- In je rugzak: minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, idealiter binnen een technische omgeving of binnen learning & development.
- In de opleidingen kan je als trainer vlot schakelen tussen Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent een natuurlijke communicator, in staat om complexe informatie duidelijk over te brengen aan diverse stakeholders.
- Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een passie voor learning & development.
