**Your tasks**:

- Producing/maintaining training material (wiki pages, collaborative site pages, etc.);
- Configuring and testing the system for the training scenarios to be used;
- Organize and give training/coaching sessions;
- Provide guidance using social networks;
- Support users in the review process of the documentation;
- QA review of training material to ensure the defined standards and procedures are been followed;
- Prepare storyboards and design graphics;
- Creation of videos in order to explain the use of software to users;
- Review of training material specifically videos with audio recordings;
- Production of audio scripts;
- Should be prepared to record own voice for video and/or appear in videos;
- Create and maintain templates and standards and processes.

**Requirements**:

- University degree combined with 15 years of working experience in IT;
- At least 3 years of work experience in online education or training, preferably designing and implementing professional education products;
- Very good knowledge of instructional design theories methodologies and best practices, including interactive online teaching methods content;
- Very good problem-solving skills as well as writing clear and structured documents;
- Very good knowledge of building training material as well as coaching experience;
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira would be considered an asset as well as knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS, Ajax and SQL;
- Excellent command of the English language.
