**The role**:
We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
This position is based in Brussels in a hybrid format and will report to the Head of Deliveroo for Business. The primary role of the Business Development Associate is to engage with new corporations and sign Deliveroo as an official supplier or partner for their office food needs. They will also liaise between Deliveroo and our Corporate Customers to provide a world-class Deliveroo experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Growing the number of new corporate accounts in our target sectors
- Strategising and assisting in the development of systems and processes to enhance the corporate sales process and maximize the sales cycle
- Identifying opportunities for growth in new verticals and use cases
- Managing the expansion of the new vertical use cases (eg. gift cards, partnerships, events)
- Liaising with Account Managers to manage all corporate account requests
- Playing a role in growing our corporate business as a core vertical in Milan, including developing our corporate operations, customer service, account management and marketing capabilities
**Requirements**:
- 2/3 years of working experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial background
- A natural-born negotiator - a driven and hard-working individual
- Experience in a B2B sales role is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail - proven ability to multitask in a work environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Creative - exhibits tenacity, never takes no for an answer.
- Hunger to progress within a fast-paced startup environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Driver's license
- Dutch and English languages are needed for this role. Additional French skills would be a nice to have
