Meer dan 2000 professionals omarmen bij Smals elke dag de toekomst door zich in te zetten voor ICT for Society. Hoogtechnologische ICT-systemen zorgen voor meer efficiëntie in de belangrijke sociale verantwoordelijkheidsdomeinen van onze klanten zoals werk, gezin en gezondheid. Het eHealthplatform, een beveiligd uitwisselingsplatform voor medische informatie, zal papieren doktersbriefjes en doktersvoorschriften op termijn overbodig maken. Daarnaast zorgt de ICT-service Dimona er voor dat de RSZ de sociale bescherming van 4 miljoen werknemers snel kan laten evolueren, ongeacht hoe snel ze van job veranderen. Handig? Jazeker, en uitdagend ook.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als IT Front Officer ben je de bevoorrechte interface van onze interne en externe klanten voor elk type operationele ondersteuning.
Je registreert hun vragen in onze ITIL-tool voor Service management, je bepaalt om welk type vraag het gaat (incident, informatie, verandering), je probeert de vraag op te lossen of je legt ze voor aan een team van specialisten.
Je volgt op of de vraag wordt opgelost en verzorgt de communicatie met de klanten.
Deze functie laat toe een algemene kennis te verwerven van de verschillende toepassingen en van hun componenten, alsook van de technische infrastructuur waarop ze gehost worden.
**Profiel**
Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma en kan bogen op een eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
Je bent op zoek naar een gevarieerde functie die toelaat om dieper in te gaan op verschillende problemen in het IT-domein en om vele contacten te hebben, zowel met klanten als met specialisten binnen Smals.
Je wenst algemene kennis over de IT-infrastructuur te verwerven (Middleware, servers, netwerken, Web applicaties,).
Kennis van ITIL en monitoringtools (bij voorkeur Foglight) is een pluspunt.
Je bent communicatief en je werkt goed in team.
Tot slot heb je een goede kennis van het Frans.
