**Functie**:

- **Je ondersteunt de uitvoering van het operationeel risicobeheerkader. Dit omvat**:

- **Opvolgen van registratie en analyse van alle operationele incidenten in de bank, en opvolgen van maatregelen om deze in de toekomst te voorkomen;**
- **Begeleiden, bevragen, documenteren en evalueren van het risicobeheer waarvoor de verschillende afdelingen van de bank zelf verantwoordelijk zijn (VIC-proces= verslag interne controle);**
- **Beheren van de Sharepoint-toepassingen waarin de operationele incidenten en de VIC geregistreerd worden;**
- **Organisatie van het Riskforum waar managers en controlefuncties lacunes in het operationele risicobeheer bespreken en bijsturingsmaatregelen vastleggen;**
- **Opmaken van rapporten over de operationele risico’s en hun beheer in de bank;**
**- Opvolgen en voorstellen voor fraude -preventie en fraude opvolging.**:

- **Je verwerft en vergroot je kennis van de verschillende operationele processen in de verschillende afdelingen van de bank en van de regelgeving en best practices inzake het beheer van de operationele risico’s;**:

- **Je levert je bijdrage aan de versterking van ons operationeel risicobeheer door eigen initiatieven.**:

- **Je analyseert graag en kan veel informatie over een ruime waaier van processen, risico’s en regelgeving verwerken en daarbij snel tot de essentie doordringen;**:

- **Je bent een goede communicator en teamplayer die het juiste evenwicht vindt tussen onafhankelijkheid en samenwerking met de verschillende afdelingen van de bank om hun risicobeheer kritisch te bevragen en te versterken;**:

- **Je hebt de stressbestendigheid om te werken in een job met een veelheid aan taken, tijdsdruk, complexiteit en voortdurende evolutie;**:

- **Je kan zoveel mogelijk communiceren in beide landstalen.**:
