**FP&A manager.**
**Taken**:
- **Ontwikkelen en communiceren van de regionale financiële strategie **van het bedrijf in lijn met de algemene bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
- Voer scenarioanalyses uit om de potentiële impact van verschillende strategieën en marktomstandigheden te beoordelen.
- **Leiding geven aan de jaarlijkse budgettering en driemaandelijkse rolling forecasting processen voor de gehele EMEAi regio**.
- Samenwerken met afdelingshoofden om afdelingsprognoses te ontwikkelen en bij te houden.
- **Voortdurend monitoren van de werkelijke financiële prestaties **ten opzichte van** doelstellingen en prognoses, en variantieanalyses en inzichten verschaffen.**:
- Voorbereiden en presenteren van regelmatige financiële rapporten en prestatiecijfers aan het senior management.
- **Analyseren van financiële gegevens, belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren (KPI's)** en trends om gebieden voor verbetering en kostenoptimalisatie te identificeren.
- **De financiële gezondheid van de organisatie beoordelen** en aanbevelingen doen voor strategische beslissingen.
- **Ontwikkel cashflowprognoses en strategieën** om het werkkapitaal effectief te beheren.
- **Bewaak kasstromen en liquiditeit **om ervoor te zorgen dat de organisatie voldoende middelen heeft om aan haar operationele en strategische behoeften te voldoen.
- **Evalueer investeringsmogelijkheden, fusies en overnames en beslissingen over kapitaalallocatie**.
- **ROI-analyses uitvoeren op potentiële projecten en initiatieven en aanbevelingen doen aan het hogere management.**:
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van **geavanceerde financiële modellen** ter ondersteuning van scenarioplanning en besluitvorming.
- **De impact beoordelen van verschillende financiële strategieën **en externe factoren op de financiële prestaties van de organisatie
- **Samenwerken **met andere Corporate en Regionale FP&A teams **om consistentie en afstemming van financiële strategieën en rapportage te waarborgen.**:
- **Leiding geven aan een team van FP&A professionals** door middel van begeleiding, training en feedback over prestaties.
- **Financiële risico's identificeren en beperken en strategieën implementeren** om de financiële gezondheid van de organisatie te waarborgen.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een **bachelor of masterdiploma** in financiën, boekhouding, economie of een verwant vakgebied.
- Je beschikt over enkele jaren aantoonbare** ervaring in controllingfuncties **met voorkeur binnen een productieonderneming.
- Je hebt reeds ervaring met aansturen van mensen.
- Je bent **sterk analytisch** en beschikt over** modelleringsvaardigheden, inclusief vaardigheid in financiële analysesoftware **en -tools.
- Je hebt **uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden,** met het vermogen om complexe financiële informatie over te brengen aan niet-financiële belanghebbenden.
- Je hebt **een sterk strategisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen.**:
- Je beschikt over kennis van **financiële regelgeving**, rapportagenormen en compliance-eisen.
- Ervaring binnen **een internationale onderneming is een dikke plus**:
- Je hebt het vermogen om effectief te werken in** een multifunctionele, multiculturele omgeving.**
