**Een dag in het leven van...**

Net voor de lunch heb je nog een wekelijks overleg met 1 van de leveranciers. Je bespreekt met hen een aantal ideeën voor verbetering en komt ook terug op een garantiedossier dat extra aandacht vereist. Daarna is het tijd voor lunch en praat je in de cafetaria bij met collega's.

In de namiddag sta je ingepland voor de telefoondienst. Je beantwoordt de binnenkomende oproepen van bestuurders, werkgevers en leasemaatschappijen. Door opzoeking in ons centraal systeem kan je meteen een paar vragen beantwoorden van bestuurders die een status van hun dossier vragen. Vragen over topics die niet gelinkt zijn aan Smartcables probeer je met behulp van een collega die ook op kantoor is meteen te beantwoorden. Indien dit niet lukt, stel je een case op die je aan het juiste team toewijst voor verdere opvolging. Op deze manier blijf je betrokken bij de volledige customer journey van de EV (of plug-in hybride) bestuurder.

Voor je het weet zit de namiddag er weer op en klap je voldaan je laptop toe. Je zegt je collega's dag want morgen werkt iedereen gefocust van thuis

Op je donderdag-kantoordag sta je klaar om de SmartCables in te pakken en klaar te maken voor verzending.

**De functie**

Als Client Expert Smartcables bezit jij, samen met je collega's, alle kennis om bestuurders van plug-in hybride voertuigen vlot te laten opladen op de thuislocatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat we van de bestuurder zelf, de werkgever en/of de leasemaatschappij de nodige informatie krijgen om de Smartcable aan de bestuurder te bezorgen. Vervolgens begeleid je de bestuurders bij het gebruik van de kabel en de Smartcable applicatie zodat het verbruik gemonitord kan worden en terugbetalingen voor het stroomverbruik van de kabel mogelijk gemaakt kunnen worden. Bij storingen of technische problemen ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt om ofwel het probleem vanop afstand op te lossen, of een reparatiedossier op te starten. Je volgt deze dossiers verder op en houdt tussentijds contact met de bestuurders. Op wekelijkse basis bereid je ook de verzending van de nieuwe smartcables, samen met de laadpas voor.
