**Jobomschrijving**:
Je werkt binnen de dienst Finance & Services, meerbepaald in de afdeling Procurement & Logistics. Je rapporteert aan de Manager Procurement. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een snelle, volledige en efficiënte afhandeling van aankoopdossiers in dit inkoopsegment.

Je taken zijn onder andere de volgende:

- Definiëren en “challengen” van de aankoopbehoefte van je interne klant.
- Prijsaanvragen plaatsen bij leveranciers en instaan voor de opvolging ervan (rappels versturen, telefonische contacten).
- Contacten met leveranciers in het kader van prospectie.
- Vergelijken van offertes (financiële vergelijking, technische aspecten, onderhandelingen met leveranciers).
- Het plaatsen en het opvolgen van de bestellingen.
- Problemen in verband met ontvangst van goederen/diensten of facturen oplossen in overleg met interne klant, magazijn, leverancier en boekhouding.
- Het verwerken van gegevens in SAP en ARIBA.
- Andere administratieve taken (personeelsadministratie, opvolging RSZ-attesten van de leveranciers).

**Gevraagd profiel**:

- Kennisniveau bachelor of secundair onderwijs (aangevuld door enkele Jaren ervaring)
- Je beschikt over een eerste ervaring in administratief beheer.
- Je hebt ervaring als beheerder van aankoopdossiers of met aankoopprocessen.
- Ervaring met de courante informaticatools (MS Office).
- Kennis van beheerstools (SAP) of de capaciteiten bezitten deze snel te verwerven
- Administratieve competenties: orde, organisatie, juistheid en efficiëntie.
- Assertiviteit, commercieel ingesteld, klantvriendelijk, communicatief, teamworker, deontologische houding in aankoopdossiers
- Goede kennis Nederlands en Frans.
