**Why Rosa**
Most Belgians are happy about the care they receive and how they are treated. However, when you talk to them about the healthcare system, people will express frustration: it’s painful to make appointments, they feel rushed, price and reimbursement are not transparent. We, at Rosa, share that point of view and decided to act on it.
With a founding team composed of serial tech entrepreneurs and an overall team of 40 people, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking evangelist that will contribute its talent and passion to successfully convince and accompany health practitioners along their digitization journey.
**About the role**
As a **Customer Success Manager**, you will have the opportunity to shape Rosa and delight our users. Your daily input to the health practitioners will help them take back control of their work, decrease stress and take better care of their patients. You will have a direct impact on patients and improve the health of (hopefully) millions.
At Rosa, you will mainly focus on Flanders and on Dutch-speaking users (~40% of our current base):
- Talking to our users to understand their pains and needs;
- Build and maintain good relationships with our users
- Onboard new users and educate them about best practices
- Ensuring a successful usage of our tools:
- Tracking usage metrics;
- Supporting our users to overcome difficulties;
- Gathering and documenting user feedback
- Enabling our internal sales team to succeed in the Flemish market;
- Helping our digital marketing team to execute the inbound marketing plan, including:
- Writing health related content;
- Publishing on social media;
- Monitoring press and social networks;
- Researching and reaching out to potential B2B or B2C partners;
- Representing Rosa in webinars (host or guest);
**About You**
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, or a related field (eg Business, Communication, Digital, Sales);
- Excellent Dutch communication skills (written and oral, native);
- Fluent in English;
- Desired personality traits: problem solver, continuous learner, at ease to form relationships;
- 1-2 years of experience in customer facing roles is a plus
