Face is de benaming voor de applicatie die bankiers gebruiken om hun klanteninteracties mee te ondersteunen. Door een makkelijke navigatie, heldere presentatie van informatie en een intuïtieve gebruikersinterface te bieden, kan de klantervaring verbeteren, de klanttevredenheid verhogen en het vertrouwen van de klant in het bedrijf vergroten. Dit kan uiteindelijk leiden tot een hogere omzet en een grotere klantenbinding.
Om deze strategische pijler van essentieel belang verder uit te bouwen, zijn we nog op zoek naar een Product Owner. Een niet te onderschatten rol in een razend interessant domein.

**De job in een notendop**

Als Product Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de backlog voor onze nieuwe front-end applicatie waarbij je instaat voor de inplanning van de user stories & coherentie hiervan. Je zult samenwerken met cross-functionele teams, waaronder ontwikkelaars, ontwerpers en andere stakeholders, om ervoor te zorgen dat de applicatie voldoet aan de behoeften van zowel het bedrijf als de gebruikers.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Prioriteiten en strategie (10%):

- Bepaal de prioriteiten voor het scrum team op basis van de strategie en visie van onze bank.
- Geef input en feedback om de strategie verder te laten evolueren en vorm te geven.

Roadmap & Backlog beheer (15%):

- Creëer en onderhoud een gedetailleerde roadmap voor de ontwikkeling van de applicatie.
- Werk nauw samen met het ontwikkelingsteam om de roadmap te vertalen naar haalbare sprints.
- Beheer de product backlog, zorg ervoor dat deze up-to date is en prioriteiten weerspiegelt.

Coherentie Experience (10%):

- Bewaak samen met het design team de coherentie tussen de verschillende projecten en domeinen die opleveringen doen binnen FACE zodat de bankiers over een coherente ervaring beschikken.
- Bewaak samen met het designs team de coherentie over het design system, de bibliotheek met alle componenten en grafische elementen van onze user interface samen met de ontwerpers en ontwikkelaars.

Project management (40%):

- Beheer en analyseer ook zelf transversale projecten binnen de FACE perimeter.

Stakeholder samenwerking (10%):

- Werk samen met interne stakeholders en vertaal klantfeedback en marktontwikkelingen naar verbeteringen en functionaliteiten.

Teamcommunicatie (15%):

- Faciliteer effectieve communicatie tussen teamleden en zorg voor een goede samenwerking.
- Houd UX meetings, kick-offs, end of sprint demo’s en rapporteer over de voortgang aan belanghebbenden.
- Woont op regelmatige basis scrum meetings, UX refinements, daily standups bij georganiseerd door de scrum master.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in Informatica, Engineering, Sciences of Business Engineering.
- Een eerste werkervaring als scrum master, product owner of project manager.
- Een passie voor technologie en interesse in de allernieuwste ontwikkelingen.
- Vlotte communicatie (NL, FR, EN) naar technische en niet-technische profielen.
- Coaching vaardigheden en teamspirit.

Je scoort extra met:

- Ervaring in de bank
- en/of verzekeringswereld.
- Kennis van front-end ontwikkeling en ervaring met moderne webtechnologieën.
