BELFIUS AUTO LEASE, gevestigd in Brussel, is een operationele leasemaatschappij die deel uitmaakt van de Belfius Groep. Belfius Auto Lease transformeert zich tot een mobiliteitsbedrijf dat geïntegreerde multimodale en duurzame mobiliteitsoplossingen aanbiedt via een aantal belangrijke strategische partners om zo een nieuw mobiliteitsaanbod te creëren dat beantwoordt aan de evoluerende mobiliteitsbehoeften van alle Belfius-klanten. Belfius Auto Lease streeft naar een leidende rol op de Belgische markt in leasingoplossingen met operationele diensten voor zowel auto's als fietsen, mobility as a service (MaaS) en het opladen van elektrische voertuigen om de mobiliteitsreis van de klant te "ontladen" en dus te verbeteren. Operationele leasing of "full service leasing" betekent de leasing op lange termijn van voertuigen met diensten (wagenparkbeheer) op het vlak van financiering, onderhoud en herstellingen, verzekering, ongevallenbeheer, brandstof, enz. Belfius Auto Lease richt zich tot de openbare sector en de bedrijfsmarkt, met name grote ondernemingen, kmo's, zelfstandigen en vrije beroepen. Belfius Auto Lease werkt nauw samen met het distributienetwerk van de Belfius Groep en beschikt over een eigen verkoopteam dat, naast de ondersteuning van de medewerkers van het netwerk, een eigen klantenportefeuille uitbouwt. Belfius Auto Lease telt 60 medewerkers en beheert een portefeuille van meer dan 100.000 klanten.
Binnen de LOVE strategie van Belfius groep streeft Belfius Auto Lease ernaar om de ervaringen en tevredenheid van haar klanten voortdurend te optimaliseren. Om die liefde voor de klant te vertalen in operationele efficiëntie en “excellence”, is Belfius Auto Lease op zoek naar een ervaren partnership manager die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het beheren van de relatie met en de opvolging van de activiteiten door dienstverleners en leveranciers. Belfius Auto Lease gelooft sterk in het cultiveren van een samenwerkingscultuur en streeft naar het handhaven van een evenwichtig en constructief partnership met dienstverleners en leveranciers.
**De job in een notendop**
Als strategisch partnership manager speel je een cruciale rol in het begrijpen van de behoeften van onze klanten en het waarborgen van een uitstekende dienstverlening vanuit de dienstverleners en leveranciers. Samen met de verschillende departementen van Belfius Auto Lease en Belfius sta je in voor de opvolging van de after-sales activiteiten door de dienstverleners en leveranciers.
Partnership management vanuit de behoeften van de klant:
- Je bent de contactpersoon voor de dienstverleners en leveranciers en bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de algehele relatie.
- Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt een sterke relatie met de dienstverleners en leveranciers. Je bezit de vaardigheid om evenwichten te bewaren tussen de belangen van het bedrijf en de dienstverleners en leveranciers. Hierbij is het essentieel om een partnerschapsspirit te behouden, waarbij samenwerking en wederzijds begrip centraal staan.
- Je begrijpt de behoeften en verwachtingen van klanten en communiceert deze naar de dienstverleners en leveranciers om ervoor zorgen dat de dienstverlening voldoet aan de gestelde normen. Je hebt aandacht voor de noden van de klant, de customer journey en customer experience, digitalisering en data, nieuwe businessmodellen, technologie, AI, ecosystemen enz.
- Je volgt de partnerships op en leidt de steerco’s en gezamenlijke werkgroepen. Je zorgt voor een soepele samenwerking en communicatie met de dienstverleners en leveranciers. Het vermogen om te onderhandelen, compromissen te sluiten en constructief samen te werken met de dienstverleners en leveranciers is van groot belang om een duurzame relatie op te bouwen en gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken.
- Je identificeert kansen voor samenwerking en groei. Je analyseert de markttendensen, volgt de mobiliteitsoplossingen en identificeert de toekomstige producten en diensten.
Account management:
- Je vertegenwoordigt Belfius Auto Lease bij de dienstverleners en leveranciers en dit in nauwe samenwerking met de operationele en sales teams.
- Je identificeert de actieplannen en volgt deze op. Je rapporteert voortgang aan het managementteam. Je coördineert de IT change requests.
- Je centraliseert de nuttige en noodzakelijke informatie voor Belfius Auto Lease om de operationele en commerciële ambities te realiseren. Je coördineert de opleidingen.
- Samen met het operationele team coördineer je de procedures en workflows in het kader van de partnerships. Je vergewist je ervan dat de rollen en verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk zijn - van bij de conceptie tot de effectieve implementatie - en garandeert tegelijk een monitoring waarmee de implementatie nauwkeurig kan worden gestuurd.
