Within the business & partnership development team responsible for the development of commercial partnerships (content, sponsorship, etc.), the Partnership Development Manager will be the expert responsible for analyzing the market in specific areas to identify possible optimization of current identifying partnerships, identifying opportunities for new activities or innovations (technologies, content, etc.). The Partnership Development Manager will share his expertise with the internal teams to meet the development and strategic needs of our group.
His/Her role will also be related to developing trusting relationships with partners to create and develop ecosystems with them. Finally, he/she will be responsible for the close follow-up of projects (from ideation, design, negotiations, contract management to project launch and handover to d2d teams).
**What are you going to do concretely?**
**Market analysis**
- ** **You analyze the market to identify new commercial and technological opportunities that would meet our needs to develop certain areas of expertise.
- You identify opportunities to optimize current partnerships.
- Finding the best partner to achieve our goals.
- Project management, in connection with internal and external teams.
- Translate Proximus' 3-5 year strategy into CPS team plans for specific domains.
- Once the opportunity is identified, build a complete storytelling to internally validate the project by following internal governance.
- Once the opportunity has been validated, you launch the project internally by involving the teams and resources while respecting the operating model.
- As soon as the project is launched, you ensure that the project is supported by the right operational teams.
- Negotiating with partners is also the responsibility of the Partnership Development Manager.
**Building partnerships**
- Develop a relationship of trust with the partner to create a real partnership/ecosystem together and look for a "3G" model. (Gain for the customer, Gain for the partner, Gain for Proximus)
- Follow-up of the project with the partner (from the idea, the design, the negotiations, the drawing up of contracts, to the launch of the project).

Profile
- Passionate about one of the following areas: sports, music, audiovisual content, entertainment, new technologies, gaming and innovation.
- Strategy oriented, with a vision capacity of 3 years, with a disruptive spirit.
- Business oriented and able to build business relationships.
- Strong analytical capabilities to screen the market - Innovation, open-mindedness, multi-sectoral knowledge, autonomy and easy exchange with others.
- Project incubator.
- Identifying opportunities - communication skills and strong presentation skills.
- Validation of the opportunity - alignment at all levels of the company.
- Project management experience, dynamic and a true leader.
- Flexible and agile.
- Experience in negotiating with external partners.
- Able to start partnerships.
- Expert in interpersonal relationships.
- Autonomous.
- Ambassador of Proximus values.
- Spontaneous and familiar with every type/level of interlocutor.
- You have experience with market analysis and innovation.
- You know how to recognize opportunities/movements in the market and to convert them into business opportunities.
- You are proactive and autonomous and know how to take responsibility.
- You are flexible to meet partners outside normal office hours.
- Languages: FR / NL / ENG.
