Welcoming Reception tasks among which:

- Take action & follow-up in case of technical problems

Meeting room activities:

- reservation handling, setting up + cleaning up meeting rooms, taking care of coffee breaks.
- Dealing with special requests from guests, like booking transport, tickets or hotel rooms.
- Management by walking around: constantly taking care of standards - floor checks
- Dealing with problems or complaints
- You work as part of a team and you have a joint responsibility for overall guest satisfaction.

You are, in addition to managing the reception, also responsible for client retention in the location and the increase of the guest service income. You are accountable for delivering an effective and efficient location in line with guidelines provided our standards and policies. You are responsible for overseeing and executing all guest administrative and technical services, ensuring rapid response and high satisfaction level. Furthermore, you are in charge of management, guidance, motivation and training of the hosts of the location. You will report to an Operation Director (EMEA).
