**DE JOB**:
Voor de **divisie Rolling **binnen Infrabel gaan we op zoek naar een **Team Lead Drive** die onderstaande verantwoordelijkheden op zich neemt:

- Je stuurt een team aan van een 10-tal medewerkers(sters).
- Je volgt de regelgevingen met betrekking tot besturing en rollend materieel op, zowel op intern (HLT), nationaal als op Europees niveau, en werkt oplossingen uit in het geval van lacunes in de regelgeving, eventueel in overleg met overheidsinstanties zoals DVIS. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de afdeling “Rules”.
- Je bent de verbindingspersoon met de andere entiteiten binnen Infrabel met een link naar de besturing: bureau regelgeving besturing (zowel interne als externe regelgeving), ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance), TUC Rail, area’s,teneinde de kennisdeling te optimaliseren en een transversaal overzicht te bewaren.
- Je bent de referentiepersoon binnen Infrabel voor alle contacten met externe diensten met betrekking tot de besturing zoals DVIS, ERA, FOD Mobiliteit,.
- Je draagt bij tot de opstelling van nieuwe reglementering zoals voor het rijden met ETCS op spoor buiten dienst en het rijden met Bi-mode treinen.
- In nauwe samenwerking met I-HRO, richt je een eigen erkende opleidingsschool op voor treinbestuurders(sters).
- Je behoudt een globaal overzicht over, onderhoudt en valideert de verschillende leerplannen inzake lijn
- en materieelkennis.
- In nauwe samenwerking met I-HRO, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de opleiding van de veiligheidsfunctie “Operator Travaux Werken” (OTW).
- Je staat in voor de functionele analyse, de opvolging en de coördinatie van de digitaliseringsprojecten binnen het domein van de besturing in samenwerking met I-ICT.
- In nauw overleg met de afdeling “Investigations & Monitoring” werk je mee aan de onderzoeken bij incidenten zoals SPAD’s waarin treinbestuurder(sters) van Infrabel betrokken zijn om deze in de toekomst te vermijden.
- Je beheert alle contracten met betrekking tot de besturing.
- Je zorgt voor een coherente aansturing van de Instructeurs in de verschillen entiteiten van Infrabel.
- Je coördineert en superviseert de verschillende activiteiten van het team volgens de prioriteiten en vaardigheden van elke persoon, geeft instructies, controleert en evalueert deze activiteiten.
- Je begeleidt, motiveert, evalueert en ontwikkelt de kennis, competenties en autonomie van de medewerker(sters).
- Je blijft voortdurend op de hoogte van de evoluties en ontwikkelingen binnen het eigen domein en hebt aandacht voor alle relevante informatie.

Het betreft een functie van het niveau Rang 3 en van klasse 6 volgens het New Reward Plan (NRP).

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je bezit een Masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je beschikt over een geldige vergunning als treinbestuurder of bent bereid om de opleiding van treinbestuurder te volgen.
- Je beschikt over drie jaar ervaring in het aansturen van een team.

Technische competenties
- De spoorwegexploitatie en -veiligheid kennen voor jou geen geheimen.
- Je kent de regelgeving met betrekking tot besturingssystemen.
- Kennis van simulatoren is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met het organiseren van opleidingen is eveneens een pluspunt.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands of Frans en hebt een operationele kennis van de tweede landstaal. Bovendien heb je een goede basis van het Engels.

- Je hebt een uitstekende zin voor analyse en synthese, redactionele vaardigheden en assertiviteit.
