Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Business Partner to join our team in Leuven, Belgium. This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. If you are seeking an exciting career where you use your previous expertise and can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you. Duties include but are not limited to Employee Relations, Training & Development, Business Partnering and Performance management.
Responsibilities:
- **HR Business Partnering**: collaborate with various functions across Belgium and other European countries
- ** Employee Relations & HR Processes**: generate employment contract, manage HR Processes and address employee inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR experience
- ** Training & Development**: contribute to the growth and development of our employees by supporting training initiatives and performcae
- ** General HR Support**: Engage in a variety of HR tasks and contribute to impactful projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, with a good understanding of employee relations
- Office based role with flexible working arrangements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of Dutch and English language is required
