As a Product Marketing Junior Executive, you manage the product portfolio per channel, retailer, and door type. You will support in building launch plans and set prices according to regional and global policies. You own the brand sales drivers and contribute to the forecast's accuracy.
As a Product Marketing Junior Executive, you will:
- Understand competitive landscape and trends in markets and competition, customers, category developments to identify opportunities for growth and profit enhancement.
- Perform assortment analyses, incl. competition benchmark
- Define and update signals and sales drivers, consulting internal stakeholders if needed to represent all channels; you will be accountable for New Product Launch forecasting and evaluating cannibalization vs. existing product portfolio.
- Provide regular updates to the Operations departments on the Marketing Activity Calendar: product discontinuations, changes to New Product Launch estimates.
- Contribute to Retailer discussions preparation on product-related topics (launches, assortment range, prices, exclusivities)
- Relay specific local needs related to products (e.g. locally relevant categories or benefits); iterate with Global/Regional team on local adaptations
- Work closely with Supply Chain to monitor stocks and sell-through data; propose mitigation actions in case of availability or excess issues.
- Monitor product-related visual assets and master data (e.g. local product codes)
- Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making (quantities, regional vs local production) and monitoring (budget, quality, delay), in particular regarding launches, in coordination with Corporate Visual Merchandising teams
- Contribute to local product offering in coordination with Trade & Online teams (e.g. product recommendation as part of the brand loyalty program)
**Qualifications**
- Excellent level of English & Dutch and fluency in French or excellent level of English & French and fluency in Dutch
- Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Sciences, Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent analytical skills & Excel capabilities
- Interest in Supply Chain & stock optimisation
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Team spirit and out-of-the-box thinking
