Als **Technisch bediende AMS** ben je het eerste en centrale aanspreekpunt voor alle interne klanten binnen de JDN-onderneming, die al dan niet gebruik maken van onderhouds
- en logistieke software. De technisch bediende AMS zal alles in het werk stellen om zijn klant (zowel nationaal als internationaal) op een zo efficiënt en effectief mogelijke wijze te ondersteunen.
Om deze opdracht dagelijks tot een goed einde te brengen ben je voorzien van een brede technische interesse Je hoeft geen expert te zijn binnen alle technische domeinen, maar je kan snel oordelen wanneer je hulp nodig hebt van een collega om je klant zo goed en snel als mogelijk van dienst te zijn. Jouw voornaamste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je bent het eerste contact voor alle vragen in verband met artikels, aanvraagbonnen, installaties / schepen, stock, procedures en werkorders binnen de JDN-group.
- Je zal spontaan in contact treden met collega’s of eventueel met leveranciers om je klant van antwoord te dienen. Plantrekken zit in je DNA en je neemt met ‘neen’ als antwoord geen genoegen.
- Naast de dagelijkse ad-hoc vragen zal jouw expertise ook een bijdrage leveren binnen verbeterprojecten om onze klant nog beter van dienst te kunnen zijn in de toekomst.
Jouw inspanningen worden in een breed veld geapprecieerd. Zowel binnen de werkplaatsen en magazijnen in Aalst, de werven en magazijnen in binnen
- en buitenland en aan boord van onze omvangrijke vloot van gespecialiseerde schepen.
**Profiel**:
Je bent in het bezit van een A2 of een Bachelor diploma in een technische richting. Je bent vertrouwd met de meest courante software (Word en Excel) en kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels. We zijn op zoek naar een teamplayer met technische affiniteit en/of interesse in techniek. Iemand die klantgericht is, sterk is in plannen en organiseren en nauwkeurig kan werken. Je bent bestand tegen wat gezonde stress en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
