Pour accompagner et renforcer notre culture de prévention, nous recherchons un(e) Safety Officer engagé(e), capable de transformer les règles de sécurité en pratiques concrètes, efficaces et partagées par tous. Tu joueras un rôle clé dans la protection des tes collègues, de nos partenaires et de nos activités. Ce que tu feras : - Encodage et suivi des accidents de travail (AT) en assurant la qualité et la fiabilité des données. - Première ligne de support au terrain avec une présence active auprès des équipes et une approche orientée solutions, en cohérence avec les valeurs Welcome to the family et We Love Solutions. - Collaboration avec le SEPPT et suivi des visites médicales. - Analyse des statistiques sécurité et contribution aux reportings internes. - Suivi des VCU et coordination des actions qui en découlent. - Coordination avec le département Admin & Facilities concernant les aspects sécurité liés aux jobcenters. - Collaboration transversale avec le conseiller en prévention, Dajobs, Dahome et les ressources humaines internes. - Participation et pilotage de projets concrets de prévention, de sensibilisation et d'amélioration continue en matière de sécurité et de bien-être au travail. Votre profil - Pragmatique, structuré - e - se - Proactif - ve - e - Sensible à la sécurité et doté - e - Capable de chercher, structurer et partager l'information - Réfléchi - e - ve - e - Esprit d'équipe, polyvalent - e - Bilingue Français - Néerlandais - Compétences clés : - Excellente maîtrise d'Excel - Bonne connaissance de la suite Office, aisance avec les outils informatiques en général Travailler vous rend fier - e ?
