For our client in the region of Brussels, we are looking for a freelancer who can support and assist the PMO.








What you do





Daily tasks:





Meeting Organisation (including internal events and workshops):



Organisation of collaboration meetings: availability checking, organizing room, agenda preparation, practical arrangements (internal & external meetings)

Organisation of Management meetings: availability checking, organizing room, agenda preparation, practical arrangements (internal & external meetings)

Organisation of adhoc meetings






Calendar Management:



Manage the IT calendar, collaborate with IT management to collect and update key milestones and communicate with management changes






Co-ordinate collection of data input for reporting:



Tracking status of data collecting

Chasing managers and project managers to input their data

Report on status of collection






Communication:



Working with communication to cascade up / down communication to other teams from business management office






General support:



Providing general support to the BMO team for day to day activities






Automation / process improvement:



Identify opportunities for process improvement & help deliver process improvements






Document standardized processes








What you bring to the team



Excellent organisation and planning skills

Ability to keep an overview of multiple activities and deadlines

Good presentation skills

Good reporting skills

Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus

Documentation standardized processes & help documentation

Fluently in English (written and verbal)

Being able to work in the region of Brussels as a freelancer
