Voor de vestiging in Gent wordt een gedreven Young Graduate gezocht om in nauwe samenwerking met de Sitemanager de operationele werking van de vestiging te garanderen. Als Teamcoach ben je een onmisbare schakel tussen dispatch, planning en de garage. Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als chauffeurs de aandacht en ondersteuning krijgen die ze verdienen. Dit is een warm en dynamisch familiebedrijf dat zich al jarenlang toelegt op het zorgvervoer in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië. De organisatie zorgt dagelijks voor het veilige en betrouwbare vervoer van patiënten, mensen met een beperking en kwetsbare doelgroepen. Meer dan 750 gedreven professionals met het hart op de juiste plaats bouwen samen aan een betere en duurzame mobiliteit. - key responsibilities Aansturen Dispatch & Onthaal: Aansturen van het team dat de coördinatie van ritten, het contact met chauffeurs en het onthaal van klanten verzorgt. Je bent een voorbeeld op het gebied van klantgerichtheid en oplossingsgerichtheid. Team & Motivatie: Medewerkers sturen en motiveren door duidelijke afspraken en procedures vast te leggen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte tweerichting communicatie en waarborgt een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening. Change Management: Helpen met het uitrollen van nieuwe procedures en projecten. Klantencontact: Direct contact met klanten om een uitstekende service te garanderen en in te spelen op hun behoeften en vragen. Vervoer op Maat: Nauwe samenwerking met de verantwoordelijke VOM (1 dag/week) om oplossingen aan te bieden die voldoen aan de specifieke behoeften van de klanten. Planning Garage: Ondersteuning van de garage bij de planning van voertuiginzet en onderhoud, cruciaal voor veilig en betrouwbaar vervoer. - experience Junior - skills - Communicatie met de Klant - Contact Manager - Klantenrelatiebeheer - Beheer van Partnerrelaties - Plannen - Transport Personeel - Nederlands - qualifications Opleiding: Beschikt over een bachelor diploma logistiek management, bedrijfsmanagement , communicatie of soortgelijke richting. Je geraakt gemakklijk tot in Gent. Je bent recent afgestudeerd en hebt maximaal 6 maanden werkervaring. Skills: Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en behoudt overzicht, ook in stressvolle situaties. Leiderschap: Je kunt een team motiveren en aansturen op een positieve manier.
