Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our members and partners. Your main responsibilities will include arranging virtual business meetings, preparing contracts, and leveraging your B2B e-commerce sales experience to drive sustainable financial growth. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent time management and planning skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Manager
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Good time management and planning skills
• Fluent command of English; French and German as a plus
• Proactive approach to work and ability to work from home and our Brussels HQ alternately
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field
