Vous rejoignez l'équipe du Strategic Support Department comme CRM Assistant. Cette mission vous offrira la possibilité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique au sein d'une Agence publique régionale. Votre rôle consiste à apporter une réponse rapide et efficace aux utilisateurs internes concernant leur utilisation du système CRM.
Cela inclut:
- Fournir un soutien quotidien aux utilisateurs pour toutes les questions techniques liées à l'utilisation du CRM et les guider vers les configurations les plus adaptées à leurs besoins.
- Prendre en charge les tâches nécessitant des compétences techniques avancées, pas toujours maîtrisées par les utilisateurs réguliers.
- Contrôler l'usage de l'outil et des données encodées (contrôle de qualité).
- Organiser des séances de formation collectives à l'outil.
Nous recherchons quelqu'un qui possède un diplôme de Bachelier, préférentiellement en informatique, gestion des systèmes d'information, marketing ou commercial. La connaissance des logiciels CRM, analyse de données et reporting sont également essentielles. Si vous avez obtenu votre diplôme à l'étranger, nous vous demandons de nous fournir son équivalence reconnue par l'une des communautés de l'État belge.
L'expérience en support technique est également souhaitée. Vous devrez avoir une connaissance d'Efficy, SQL, API, des notions de marketing et mail marketing. Une connaissance des deux langues officielles (français/néerlandais) est requise.
