About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Partner in the Benelux region.
As a key member of the BEXIM team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships and exceptional client relationships.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, and expanding our client portfolio.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Grow the client portfolio through strategic partnerships and relationship-building.
- Manage and develop a community of interim managers, fostering collaboration and growth within the BEXIM Club.
- Oversee project execution and manage the CRM system for lead tracking and client interaction.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong professional network and excellent relationship-building skills.
- A proven track record in business development, deal-making, and client relationship management.
- Experience in executive interim management, recruitment, consulting, or a related field is advantageous, but not essential.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-motivated and independent mindset.
- Ability to work under an independent contract structure.
