About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to join our dynamic Global Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support and/or project management roles and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Organize calendars, meeting agendas, and travel arrangements. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Finance Operations Support: Assist with invoicing and cash collection.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Collaborate with the Global Operations team to plan, track, and execute multiple initiatives across various group functional areas.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support and/or project management roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Fluent/native English is required, for both verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency and affinity for technology.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience working in or supporting global teams is a strong advantage.
