About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts as Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to drive business growth in factoring and receivables finance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in factoring, trade finance, or financial services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of factoring, credit risk assessment, corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial structuring within factoring services.
