We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Partner Development team in TN Belgium. As a Partnership Developer, you will play a key role in expanding our partnership network by identifying and recruiting new partners.
With a strong background in Sales and a passion for IT, you will be responsible for building relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies. Your primary objective will be to increase Odoo presence worldwide by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us.
This role requires excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to analyze complex information. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team, providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo and negotiating conditions for collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a strategy to identify and recruit new partners
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs
- Providing support to the sales team in closing deals
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales
- Fluent English language skills
- Interest in IT and software
- Analytical skills
- Work permit for Belgium
