We are looking for a results-driven sales director to lead our large-scale projects division in the Benelux region. This role requires strategic sales leadership, key account management, and cross-border collaboration to drive growth and strengthen our position as a market leader.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our major projects strategy, managing key customer relationships, and building strong networks within the metal construction industry. They will also oversee sales planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations to ensure profitable business development.

In this role, the sales director will play a key part in enhancing brand positioning, driving sustainability and circularity initiatives, and representing us at industry events. They will work closely with our global teams to deliver innovative solutions for sustainable architecture.

The successful candidate has at least five years of leadership experience in project-based sales, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and is proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Fluency in English and German is required, while French is a plus. A high willingness to travel internationally is essential.
