We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our large-scale projects division in the Benelux region. This role requires strategic sales leadership, key account management, and cross-border collaboration to drive growth and strengthen our position as a market leader.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our major projects strategy, managing key customer relationships, and building strong networks within the metal construction industry. Additionally, they will oversee sales planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations, ensuring profitable and sustainable business development.

As a globally leading company in building systems, we specialize in innovative solutions for sustainable architecture. With a strong focus on technology, design, and energy efficiency, we support clients worldwide in delivering forward-thinking construction projects.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of leadership experience in project-based sales, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and is proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Fluency in English and German is required, while French is a plus. A high willingness to travel internationally is essential.
