Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop our large-scale projects division in the Benelux region. This role requires strategic sales leadership, key account management, and cross-border collaboration to drive growth and strengthen our position as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the major projects strategy
  • Manage key customer relationships
  • Build strong networks within the metal construction industry
  • Oversight of sales planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations

Requirements:

  • At least five years of leadership experience in project-based sales

  • Fluency in English and German required, while French is a plus
