As a Management Assistant, you will be part of a diverse and multicultural environment where you can develop your skills and expertise.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our managing director and team in administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the managing director and his team with day-to-day operations
- Coordinating meetings and managing schedules to ensure efficient time management
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations to enhance communication
- Agenda and travel management to facilitate business trips and appointments
- Contributing to team efforts and projects to drive business growth
- Serving as a point of contact for external stakeholders to maintain relationships
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A strong command of Dutch and French languages
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proactive, organised, and open-minded attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented approach to work
