As a Management Assistant, you will be part of a diverse and multicultural environment where you can develop your skills and expertise.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to support our managing director and team in administrative tasks. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the managing director and his team with day-to-day operations
  • Coordinating meetings and managing schedules to ensure efficient time management
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations to enhance communication
  • Agenda and travel management to facilitate business trips and appointments
  • Contributing to team efforts and projects to drive business growth
  • Serving as a point of contact for external stakeholders to maintain relationships

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong command of Dutch and French languages
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proactive, organised, and open-minded attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented approach to work
