We are seeking a skilled individual to enhance data reliability, improve systems and processes, and provide actionable insights to enable informed decision-making.
This hands-on role focuses on delivering operational excellence in compensation, analytics and HR systems across the division, ensuring streamlined and effective processes aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Ownership of Food People Information Systems and Reporting
- Process Improvement and Automation
- Data Integrity and Visualisation
- Collaboration and Global Alignment
- Supporting Global Frameworks and Total Rewards Projects
About You:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Practical problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification.
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive hands-on approach to supporting stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating visually engaging dashboards and reports.
