Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Growth Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our partner network, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential partners, assessing their business needs, capabilities, and values to ensure alignment with our company model
- Analyze and understand the partner's profile, challenges, pain points, and business needs to determine how we can build a win-win relationship
- Develop personalized demonstrations of Odoo, showcasing its features and benefits to prospective partners
- Negotiate conditions for collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or software industry
- Fluent English language skills, with proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Dutch, Polish, Czech) a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit for Belgium
