We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Leuven as a People Analytics and Total Rewards Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance data reliability, improve systems and processes, and provide actionable insights to enable informed decision-making.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering operational excellence in compensation, analytics, and People & Organisation (P&O) systems across the division. This includes building and maintaining P&O dashboards and reports using Power BI, analysing P&O data to identify trends and patterns, and conducting market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, People Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage data integrity and deliver reliable reporting.
- Hands-on experience with HR IT systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms).
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Practical problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and simplification.
- Collaborative mindset and a proactive hands-on approach to supporting stakeholders.
- Skilled in creating visually engaging dashboards and reports.
- Education:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field with a strong affinity for people analytics (or equivalent experience).
