Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and networking efforts.
- Evaluate and qualify inbound leads, assessing their potential fit with PAN's services.
- Develop sales materials (decks, case studies) to support outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Work independently, taking initiative while receiving guidance and support from senior experts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS (but not required).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to confidently communicate value and close deals with decision-makers.
- Proven ability to sell services/solutions, not just products.
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills, as success is data-driven.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently, successful in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience using CRM tools (specific platform is flexible).
- Knowledge of closing strategies, seeking a trained sales professional with strong closing tactics and a proven ability to drive results.
- European business culture experience, having lived and worked in a European setting for a significant period.
- Eager to improve digital marketing skills, as this will be a valuable tool to explain the value of our services to leads.
