We are seeking a talented and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Talent Development Manager. As a key member of our Support Team in Belgium, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent development strategy that supports the growth and success of our organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a talent development strategy that aligns with the corporate HR policy and organisational goals.
- Identifying and developing high-potential employees through coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
- Collaborating with the management team to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a master's level of thinking with at least 5 years' experience within operational HR and successful experience in a leadership role. You should also have generalist HR expertise and interest, driven and competent to help scale the organisation and build strong foundations.
Key requirements include:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices in talent development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
