Your Responsibilities | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial •You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs , from their formation to dissolution.
•You will be tasked with drafting and reviewing various documents, such as agreements, resolutions, and minutes.
•You may participate in board meetings and lead them when necessary.
•You will work closely with the accounting team, particularly regarding annual account approvals.
• Liaising with third parties such as banks, lawyers, and notaries will be part of your daily responsibilities.
Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial •You have at least 6 years of experience as a corporate officer within a similar environment, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager, which will allow you to quickly adapt to your new role.
•You are well-versed in working with Soparfis, Holdings, and SPVs , giving you a solid understanding of the types of vehicles you will manage.
•Effective communication is essential for this position, and fluency in English is a key requirement.
•To align with the fiduciary's dynamic, you are an organized and proactive person.
Offer | CoSec – Finance – Corporate Governance – Law – Fiduciary – Financial •You will earn a salary of up to €80,000 gross per year , providing you with the means to fulfill your goals.
