They are currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Office Manager to join their dynamic and diverse team for maternity leave coverCoordinating relationships with external suppliers and service providersOverseeing health and safety requirements and routine compliance checksManaging office security processes and controlsMonitoring and coordinating facilities-related mattersHandling insurance-related administrationSupporting expense processing and assisting with client invoicingContributing to local business development and marketing initiatives in BrusselsProviding first-line support on Brussels-based HR-related questionsOffering administrative or PA support during periods of absence where requiredActing as the main contact for Brussels office mattersYou have strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and within a teamYou are fluent in English, Dutch, and FrenchYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in the legal sectorYou have advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteYou have a proactive attitude and excellent communication skillsA competitive salary package with additional benefits, including lunch vouchers and public transportation reimbursementLegal Sector, External Suppliers, Billing, Office Management, Administration, Local Businesses, Proactivity, Communication, Organization Skills, Administration, Service, MS Office Suite, Acting, Office Security, Compliance check, Monitoring
