- Workforce Management Applicationbr/br/Context missionbr/br/We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a Workforce Management project, covering the analysis of RFP responses and the implementation of an application delivered by an external supplier.br/br/The solution will support employee scheduling, working time management and employee evaluations.br/br/You will coordinate HR stakeholders, IT teams, Procurement and external partners throughout supplier evaluation, implementation and rollout. Knowledge of HR processes and experience delivering a similar project are highly desirable.br/br/Description :br/br/RFP analysis supplier evaluation: Analyse supplier proposals against business and technical requirements, compare implementation approaches, identify gaps and risks, and support supplier selection.br/br/Project management: Lead the full project lifecycle, managing scope, planning, budget, resources, quality and change.br/br/Business IT coordination: Work with HR stakeholders, Business Analysts and technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure the solution meets business needs.br/br/Supplier management: Coordinate the selected supplier's activities, monitor commitments and deliverables, and manage dependencies with internal teams.br/br/Application implementation: Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration and deployment of the supplier-delivered application.br/br/Testing UAT: Coordinate testing and user acceptance with HR and business teams, ensuring issues are addressed before go-live.br/br/Reporting governance: Prepare weekly status reports, Steering Committee presentations and PMO updates, following established project management standards.br/br/Risk issue management: Identify risks, track mitigation actions and resolve or escalate issues.br/br/Change rollout: Coordinate communication, training, business readiness and transition to operational support.br/br/Team leadership: Functionally manage up to five team members, including Business Analysts, developers and testers.br/br/Your profile :br/br/Required skillsbr/br/At least 5 years of experience in IT project management in a business or industry environment.br/br/Proven experience implementing business applications delivered by external suppliers.br/br/Experience analysing RFP responses, evaluating supplier proposals and supporting solution selection.br/br/Strong supplier management and coordination skills.br/br/PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.br/br/Strong stakeholder management, communication and executive reporting skills.br/br/Experience managing budgets, planning, risks and project dependencies.br/br/Ability to lead projects independently and coordinate business and technical teams.br/br/Preferred experiencebr/br/Previous implementation of a Workforce Management solution or a similar HR application.br/br/Knowledge of HR processes, particularly workforce planning, employee scheduling, time and attendance, and employee evaluations.br/br/Experience with application integrations and data migration.br/br/SAP knowledge is a strong plus.br/br/A retail/Supply background is an asset.br/br/Education languagesbr/br/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent.br/br/Good understanding of current and emerging technologies.br/br/Native French or Dutch required, combined with Fluent English.br/br/
